How we work
From contract to treatment certificate
Five clear steps, each one documented.
- 1Contract and needs assessment
We learn your facility type, approximate waste volume and the visit frequency you need, then send a quotation, sign the contract and deliver bags and containers.
- 2Collection visit and manifest
Our team arrives on the scheduled date, weighs the load and records it on a waste manifest that your facility stamps before loading.
- 3Transport and re-weighing on receipt
The waste travels in dedicated vehicles straight to our treatment facility in Buraydah, where it is re-weighed and the manifest is stamped on receipt.
- 4Treatment
Each category gets the right method: autoclave sterilisation for infectious waste, and incineration for pharmaceutical and anatomical waste.
- 5Treatment certificate and invoice
A treatment certificate is issued for the load together with the invoice, and you will find both, with the manifest, in the client portal at any time.

Treatment at our Buraydah facility
Our facility in Hijrat Usaylan, east of Buraydah, houses an incinerator and an autoclave, with an environmental operating permit and a licence from the National Center for Waste Management.

Pricing depends on your monthly volume, number of visits and location, so a small clinic is priced differently from a large complex. Tell us your specialty and approximate volume and we will send a written quotation.
We agree a fixed schedule that suits your clinic's volume, for example weekly or every two weeks, and you can request an extra visit when needed.
Yes. We collect infectious waste, sharps and lab waste such as samples, cultures and testing materials, and treat each category with the right method.
Yes. We supply infectious waste bags and puncture-resistant sharps containers in the approved colour codes, and can tie deliveries to your visit schedule.
You get a manifest for every visit, stamped by your clinic and by our facility, a treatment certificate and an invoice, all stored in the client portal and ready for any inspection.
Once the quotation is approved and the contract is signed, we book your first visit, deliver bags and containers beforehand, and start at the earliest available slot.
Yes. We serve clinics and complexes in and around Riyadh and across the Qassim region, and facilities in other regions by arrangement.
