Regular pickup schedule

For companies and chains with steady volumes, we agree a fixed schedule for each site or branch and supply the dedicated bins.

How we work

From contract to treatment certificate

Five clear steps, each one documented.

  1. 1Contract and needs assessment

We learn your facility type, approximate waste volume and the visit frequency you need, then send a quotation, sign the contract and deliver bags and containers.

  2. 2Pickup and manifest

We collect the medicines in sealed containers on demand or on the scheduled date, weigh them and record them on the manifest, which your facility stamps before loading.

  3. 3Transport and re-weighing on receipt

The waste travels in dedicated vehicles straight to our treatment facility in Buraydah, where it is re-weighed and the manifest is stamped on receipt.

  4. 4Destruction by incineration

Medicines and pharmaceutical waste are destroyed in the facility incinerator, so they cannot be reused or diverted.

  5. 5Treatment certificate and invoice

A treatment certificate is issued for the load together with the invoice, and you will find both, with the manifest, in the client portal at any time.
